tigervnc needs ffmpeg

Hi,

i just tried to compile the tigervnc suite but failed because it cannot
link to libavcodec.so. This library is provided by ffmpeg.
I'd suggest to add ffmpeg to the 'required' list of dependencies of
tigervnc.
