Final reviews of LFS and BLFS 12.4

We are at the final stage of getting ready for the release of LFS and BLFS 12.4.

At this time we have completed all tickets for these versions and all packages in 
both books have been built and tested.  I'll note that the amount of information in 
the books is quite large.  For LFS, a printed copy of the book is 385 pages.  For 
BLFS, a current estimate is a little over 2200 pages.

I would like to get others to review the current development versions of both books 
as those will become the released versions.  Any issues are welcome including things 
like spelling, grammar, spacing, or wording.

We will only do package upgrades in limited situations.  We can update a package if 
the is a 'end' package -- that is, nothing in BLFS depends on the package.  However
we will consider other cases.

The final release will be on Monday, September 1st and preliminary tasks will be 
started on Sunday.

We appreciate any input to make the books the best they can be.
