sg3_utils-1.49 has invalid name

sg3_utils does have a naming issue (sg3_utils-1.49.xz instead of sg3_utils-
1.49.tar.xz).

I've opened a ticket (https://github.com/doug-gilbert/sg3_utils/issues/91)

The .tar.gz is available alternatively.
