 It seems nothing in LFS uses it.  And moving it should be much easier than
 moving intltool + XML::Parser: Arch only lists 40 packages "depending on"
 it and most of them are not in BLFS.  (Note that those packages include
 kbd NOT requiring check anymore that we've just figured out.)
