 In arch I see the following LFS/BLFS packages that depend on check:
 {{{
 kbd (just determined that it's not needed)
 libevdev (make)
 libinput (make)
 pulseaudio
 gdm
 }}}

 If we move it we need to change those packages to reflect the dependency.
 We could delete it, but the dependencies would then become external.

 My stats (at -j4) from the last build are:
 {{{
             [check-0.15.2]
 Build time is:                3 minutes and 0 seconds
 Build time in seconds is:           180
 Approximate SBU time is:            2.1
 Disk usage before unpacking the package:     4239356 KB or 4139.996 MB
 Disk usage before deleting the source and build dirs: 4250724 KB or
 4151.098 MB
 Required space to build the package:         11368 KB or 11.102 MB
 Installed files disk usage:            624 KB or 0.609 MB
 }}}

 I'm not sure if the time and effort to move (or remove) the package is
 worth any benefit.  The last change to the package was August 2020.
