A quick question. How can I know what to do without the book? For example, the book says this: sed -i -e 's/static __m128i/inline &/' sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strstr.c How would I know that this has to be done if I had no book? If (for any reason) the book is not updated any longer, what then?
