I think this should have gone to the BLFS support list. As it is, I myself
haven't seen any reason to use this new format. Unless packages start
coming compressed using zstd, the editors likely won't worry about adding
it to BLFS. If you want to install the library then recompile libarchive,
have fun, and maybe tell us about it.
