That is the grey area that will cause the most debate. I don't think it should be strictly building a system, but I also know that many things have been suggested that are outside of the overall scope. Many more things may be in the scope, but daunting and overwhelming. We must pace ourselves if we are to accomplish much. -- Archaic Government should be weak, amateurish and ridiculous.
