Even if we went with the tome concept (which I wouldn't), then we still
need to have something tangible while the tome is being compiled. Ergo,
the links solution should be our first goal. After the framework is laid
out and the book written, how hard would it be to replace links with a
dissertation if that was what was decided? Until then, I say let's have
something that can be used as-is, instead of waiting.
