And please use "reply" or whatever it's called in your mail client
instead of "new" when you intend to reply to a mail.

"Reply" does not only set the subject to "Re: ...".  It also set the In-
Reply-To email header which is needed by the mail clients to show your
reply at the correct location.

Or if you indeed used "reply," your mail client is likely broken
(because it didn't set the In-Reply-To header correctly) and you should
either tell its maintainer to fix the bug or switch to another one.
