Which LFS to build on RPI

Hello,
I found https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~xry111/lfs/ and i'm puzzled
which version to use to build LFS on RPI 4 HW. Or is there a
possibility to cross compile LFS for RPI4 on x86 HW.
When building on LFS, how much RAM i need to build LFS.
