LFS r12.2-85 sysv guide - Missing glibc 2.41 fhs patch ?

Good evening all,

I'm just downloading the latest version update which has glibc-2.41
included.

There is an fhs patch that should live at
https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/lfs/development/glibc-2.41-fhs-1.patch

It is currently a dead link.

Can we use the previous patch for glibc-2.40 and just rename it ?
