There are some slight differences in Section 2.5. Creating a File System on the 
Partition regarding creating a separate /tmp partition, but not normmaly significant.

What is significant is  7.6. Creating Essential Files and Symlinks.  If you use one 
set of instructions, these need to be updated for the outer set.

Otherwise the instructions through Chapter 7 are the same.  Once you get to Chapter 
8, there are 10 packages that have different instructions for SystemV and systemd.

And Chapter 9 is completely different.
