That is an impressive SBU time.  Are you sure it was at -j1 ?

On my i7-14700K I got "The SBU unit value is equal to 87 seconds at -j1." and
"Total time required to build the system: 24.4  SBU" (28 cores)

But the interesting thing is that on the same system in a qemu instance, the SBU time 
was 77.  With 8 cores in that instance the total time was 34.0  SBU.
