[LFS 12.4] Perl 5.42.0 Locale::Po4a::Sgml module not found

Hi, all.

I am trying to build the Portable Object to Anything 'po4a' program
from git source.

The log is at <https://pastebin.com/1szpN9Vp>.

The module 'Locale::Po4a::Sgml' was not found on the system. However,
at least, I have the man page for that module installed on the system.

I imagine I should confrontate the real Perl 5.42.0 modules path and
the 'po4a' modules search path and I should figure out what the
difference (if any).

Please, could you indicate which commands I should issue?
