buffer_copy

There is such definition in buffer.h
the code of the finction is missing.

Is this a mistake or for some reason buffer_copy
is not included in libowfat?

PS.  This semester I make a cource for C and System Programs at 
Sofia University.  As ground I take dietlibc and libowfat.  
The interest of students is very high!  Yesterday we considered 
buffer and stralloc.  We made comprissons with scanf, printf, strcat...
The young people have undestand very fast which is better :)

Most of them know C at very high level (GNU like style).
Felix, thank you, that you give us such tools!  Some other
expirence in this filed is welcome!
