sl-modem Debian/Ubuntu package now compiles slusb for amd64

Hello,

  I'm carrying wonderful news regarding 64-bit Debian/Ubuntu sl-modem=20
  users who need slusb kernel module.

  Starting from sl-modem 2.9.11~20110321-6, the sl-modem-source package=20
  is available for amd64 arch., and this package provides slusb &=20
  ungrab-winmodem kernel modules.

  Thanks to Ben Hutchings for providing dkms.conf patch that made it=20
  possible to provide sl-modem-source for amd64 archs.

  This version is currently available in Debian unstable (sid).

  It should be available in Debian wheezy & Ubuntu precise (12.04) after=20
  a couple of weeks insh'Allah.
