Re: wlanctl-ng ... ifstate=enable returns "implementation_failure"

The 'failed to submit RX URB' sounds bad to me.

Normally in these circumstances you can try a couple
of things:

- Simply re-issue the ifstate=enable request

Often a second attempt may succeed even if the first failed

- Add in the script to first do the firmware loading

Establishing correct communication with the device
through USB seems to be tricky for a number of people,
and tricks like the above work for me 9 times out of
10.
