Problems with Netgear MA111

Hello there!

I'm trying to get an MA111 to work on my Fedora Core 3 laptop installation.
This was until now at least partially successful:
I get a connection, kwifimanager shows me a signal constanly over 50 (whatever
this number means), I also got dhcp working after some time and have a few 
seconds a connection, until I receive an usb disconnect (and I not even 
touched the plugged usb adapter...). The disconnect happens after I actually 
_use_ the connection (browsed a few sites). So I dunno if the problem is 
linux-wlan (I compiled 0.2.1-pre26 against a somewhat modified standard 
fedora kernel 2.6.11-1.14) or the adapter or usb in general (obviously a usb 
disk drive runs without flaws on the same port), but I noticed some weird 
entries in /var/log/messages on such a disconnect (see the attached log).

My question is now: Do you know of any quirks with this adapter in general, 
what could cause these disconnects?
