i use fedora core 4. i use a level one rt2500 chipset based wlan card, the problem is that there are two access points near to my room, i stay in a college dorm, the access point to which my wlan card connects is far from my room and gives no signal at all and i dont get any bandwidth at all, whereas in windows with the utility software that came along with the card i could permanently chose the correct access point, how to configure my wlan card in linux to make it connect to the correct access point, i have the BSSIDs of both the access points. please reply back someone. good bye , have a nice time........ vishy ____________________________________________________ Send a rakhi to your brother, buy gifts and win attractive prizes.
