It's not really a driver problem per se -- /proc/net/wireless is going 
away in the next WEXT release, and as such drivers should stop exporting 
it.  The real problem is that there's some userspace app relying on it.

IMO the kernel warning was misdirected, as it's up to the userland apps 
to make the correct API calls.
