This is a nasty problem you're undertaking.  It's worth mentioning that 
under normal STA operation, prism2 devices only pass down DATA frames to 
the driver.  As such, you may be better off building ACKing into your 
Layer3/4 protocols rather than into the Layer2 wireless stuff.
