Driver for Prism ISL 39200 ??

Hi,
   I have just started using the prism ISL 39200 PCMCIA wireless
client (manufactured by connexant)


   I have a Access Point working.


  i want to use the wireless client.


  i am searching for the drivers but could not find them.



  can anyone help me on this.

   i am using Linux 2.4.20 kernel.
