Did you do
"ls /usr/src/modules/linux-wlan-ng-source/src/prism2/driver/prism2_usb*"
to be sure it is not there?

If I recall correctly, there are problems with how Debian bundles the
wlan-ng source. I never could get it to work witrh Debian. Others report
success, so, YMMV.

You may want to try using the same version tarball from linux-wlan.com.
