Not a problem. Just an observation.

As to "Could exceptions be made ...", I don't make the decisions, I
just try to remember some of what has been decided. :-)

This is an area that would be good to discuss with the group here and the
FHS people. I'll be quiet and observe some more in hopes of learning
from the experts.
