Proposed new time for Thursday call

The appbat/build/si call on Thursdays is currently
set for 11am US-Eastern time.  There's a request
pending to move that to a different time due to
conflicts.  The proposed new time is 3pm US-Eastern,
just before lsb-futures.  If acceptable, that will
take effect in two weeks - December 16.

Today's call remains at the regular time.
The Dece,ber 9 call falls during the LSB F2F
meeting, and the phone line will be open during
that hour, but there's not a specific timeslot
planned for the call.
