Conference call times; groups combined

Updates:

1. the three subgroups "Build Environment",
"Application Battery" and "Sample Implementation"
are now combined into a single group.  This makes
formal what's been going on for a long time anyway:
it's the same people working on these and
the deliverables are intertwined in many ways.
Marvin Heffler is leading.

2. the combined group has two regular conference call
slots: Tuesday at 1pm US-Eastern and Thursday at
1500hrs US-Eastern.  Note that the latter is a change
from the previous Thursday call, which used to be
at 1100hrs US-Eastern.  Use this number: 877-954-0722.
Attend one or both; these calls are checkpoints for
what's happening in the tools area (basically any
software deliverables except the runtime tests,
which have their own group and calls).

Both calls have been updated on the webpage calendar,
but I messed up the Tuesday call so it's not accurate
yet until it gets fixed.
