extra commands in lsbsi

Further to my data gathering on the lsbsi,
here's a report of the list of entries in
five directories that are presumed to be
commands, which are not in the LSB spec.
Not all of these can actually be removed
and leave the lsbsi at all usable; and some
are there because I still didn't go back
and do the cleanup work on coreutils that
used to be present in the old set of
fileutils/textutils/sh-utils.
