[Bug 692] what is the name of the _lsb_ package

Where would this information be used?  lsb_release is not guaranteed to be
installed unless the conformance package is installed, so you can't have the
information you want.  Once it's installed, it could answer what package was
used, but since that package is by definition installed, what use is that
information now?
