[Bug 787] New: _XOPEN_REALTIME mandated to 1 in unistd.h but not all features provided

The symbol _XOPEN_REALTIME is mandated to 1 in unistd.h, but not all the
features that comprise that option are required in the LSB. The notable
ommission is the aio functions. 

Remove the requirement for the symbol _XOPEN_REALTIME in unistd.h, after all the
runtime version exists for platforms that do support it.
