so, should we add this to the ELF section? Something along the lines of

"Although this specification is entitled "AMD64", applications should also run
on the Intel (r) Extended Memory 64 Technology (EM64T) based systems, and shall
not use instructions specific to either of these processor families."

added to the lowlevel architecture section?
