LSB F2F meeting June 14,15,16

This is a final note on the workgroup meeting next week.

The wiki page has been updated with a fairly complete
agenda and more logistical details.

Looking at this agenda fleshed out, it looks to
be a very full meeting, and it's not clear there's
enough time to actually accomplish the core goals
of the meeting, which are solidly focused on
completion of LSB 3.  We'll begin the meeting
with an agenda review and set the final, but
between now and then, please think about what
each of you really consider the essential tasks.
I'm expecting we'll have to make some adjustments.

In particular, the Steering Committee work is
absolutely essential to get done but we may
need to move this partly or wholly out of the
main meeting time where it's presently slotted
(I'm open to suggestions on how to make that
work from other SC members).
