The LSB Specification Authority ("specauth") will
meet 30 minutes prior to this, i.e. 11:30 AM US-Eastern
on the same number. If necessary, specauth may need to
steal some time from lsb-wg as resolving certification
problems is a top priority at the moment. For lsb-wg
members who are not specauth members, you do not need
to join until the regular wg time.

2. LSB Bugs that affect certification (mostly a
   review from the test and tools teams)
3. Any other LSB 3.0 issues
