RE: Question about TIOCSWINSZ

It would be good to file a fresh bug on this as well.
I just got pestered by someone else on this in the
last two weeks. (Actually, there doesn't seem to be
an existing bug that mentions this, closed or not).

defines TIOCSWINSZ itself if it is not already defined.
