minor irritation, lsb-runtime-test setup

When running the setup code, the line announcing
the li18nux locales are being installed is not
terminated, and the next line runs into it.
It uses a printf, and only emits a newline
if there's an error, not on success.

This is rather petty, but attached is a proposed
patch that is a little chattier and should fix
the issue.  I'm not going to apply it myself
or file a bug - just whatever Andrew/Rui/whomever
think makes sense.

apply with patch -p0 in lsb/tests/lsb-runtime-test
