[Bug 981] New: need to verify that lsblibchk works correctly on libstdc++

It needs to verified that lsblibchk checks all the symbols properly in 
libstdc++ so v3_abi_test can be removed from the qmtest suite. The v3_abi_test 
uses the readelf command to extract symbols from the library, but readelf is 
not an LSB command. This prevents the test from executing in the lsbsi. It 
would be better to rely on libchk since it gets its info from the DB.
