[Bug 982] New: need to remove v3_abi_test from the qmtest suite

The v3_abi_test should be removed from the qmtest_libstcpp test suite because 
it duplicates testing already done by lsblibchk. There are two good reasons 
for using lsblibchk instead of v3_abi_test. First, lsblibchk gets its info 
straight from the lsb DB. Second, v3_abi_test uses the readelf command to 
extract symbols from libstdcpp, but readelf is not in the lsb. This causes 
problems in the lsbsi that prevent the test from running.
