hi all,

lsb-runtime-test-3.0.0-3 are available, please try them from:

ftp://ftp.freestandards.org/pub/lsb/test_suites/beta/binary/runtime/

which include the bug fixes for bugid 965 and 985, and remove the
unnecessary files related to tjreport from the final package.
