I just updated that tarballs so the code has the privileges it
needs (still 0.55). I looked at tp5 briefly and it tries to install script A
but that fails since it depends on script B.  This ought to be
detected in the test code but presently is not.
I've added a TODO file at the top of the tree to list jobs that need
to be done.
