[Bug 1032] New: lsbcmdchk does not find remove_initd and install_initd in /usr/lib/lsb

This problem occurred with lsbcmd 3.0.2-snapshot 2906

The system under test has install_initd and remove_initd in /usr/lib/lsb as per
the spec. However the test reported these as failures.
