Just re-ran the test while we were on the LSB Test call and talking about the streambuf failure. With Cooker being a moving target, my libstdc++6 has changed since my last run. The streambuf failure went away, but I picked up 5 new ones aside from the 2 ABI tests we were discussing last week: [root@presario30 kernel]# tjreport /root/qmtest_libstdcpp_3.4.3/v3db/journal.200508021117 /22_locale/locale/cons/2.cc 1 FAIL 520|315 1 0 1 6|DejaGNUTest.command_output_1: _22_locale_locale_cons_2.exe: /usr /src/redhat/BUILD/qmtest_libstdcpp-3.4.3/testsuite/22_locale/locale/cons/2.cc:20 6: void test01(): Assertion `loc10.name() == "*"' failed. /27_io/basic_istream/putback/char/1.cc 1 FAIL 520|1036 1 0 1 6|DejaGNUTest.command_output_1: _27_io_basic_istream_putback_char _1.exe: /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/qmtest_libstdcpp-3.4.3/testsuite/27_io/basic_istre am/putback/char/1.cc:55: void test01(): Assertion `state1 == state2' failed. /27_io/fpos/14320-1.cc 1 FAIL 520|1218 1 0 1 6|DejaGNUTest.command_output_1: _27_io_fpos_14320-1.exe: /usr/src /redhat/BUILD/qmtest_libstdcpp-3.4.3/testsuite/27_io/fpos/14320-1.cc:54: void te st01(): Assertion `found' failed. /27_io/objects/char/12048-5.cc 1 FAIL 520|1252 1 0 1 6|DejaGNUTest.command_output_1: _27_io_objects_char_12048-5.exe: /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/qmtest_libstdcpp-3.4.3/testsuite/27_io/objects/char/12048- 5.cc:47: void test01(): Assertion `c3 == std::char_traits<char>::to_char_type(c2 )' failed. /27_io/objects/wchar_t/12048-5.cc 1 FAIL 520|1271 1 0 1 6|DejaGNUTest.command_output_1: _27_io_objects_wchar_t_12048-5.ex e: /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/qmtest_libstdcpp-3.4.3/testsuite/27_io/objects/wchar_t/ 12048-5.cc:45: void test01(): Assertion `c3 == std::char_traits<wchar_t>::to_cha r_type(c2)' failed. /demangle/abi_examples/01.cc 1 FAIL /demangle/abi_examples/02.cc 1 FAIL changelog shows libstd++ to be: 4.0.1 + updates from 4.0-branch (CVS 2005/07/26) Just FYI in case anyone else is seeing new failures. -- Stew Benedict Mandriva Mandrakesoft becomes Mandriva
