Hi Mats,

I'm working on XTS5 now.

Most of the failures he mentioned exist on my system.
Currently I'm investigating on the failures and trying to fix them.
Most of failures of Xlib* have been resolved, now I start to
work on Xproto section. And there are some considerations needed
to be disscussed with experts(such as whether we should enable
XI and XIproto cases, etc.).

So I think we cannot prepare a release well enough as a testing
program before the end of next month.

Regards.

Is anyone working on XTS5? Last I recall, it was
showing some failures that weren't completely
sorted yet. I'm looking for a plan on promoting
this into the testing program.

Also, turns out OSDL has a project now starting
to work on XTS5. In the spirit of reducing
the amount of analysis going on, does any of
the following look familiar?

Hello,

I am working on setting up XOrg's xts5/xtest as a regression test in
BRT and extending our build set to include X11. I have been configuring

and running and hope I have it down to errors not caused by my
configuration. I posted some results:

If anyone has experience with this test, I'd sure appreciate some
input.:)
