I thought I had built my fonts with the current upstream mkbdftopcf. Do
you know if this problem has been fixed upstream or not? Can you point
me at the patch to mkbdftopcf that fixes this problem?

Please file these as bugs upstream at bugs.freedesktop.org so they can
be considered and merged if needed.

The tetbuild.cfg is the one in the upstream CVS
xts5/configs/tetbuild.cfg.Linux, which has XT_X_RELEASE=6.
I don't have my tetexec.cfg file as it is generated by the xreg script
that is in the xts cvs. I ran this using the prebuild binaries found at
http://xorg.freedesktop.org/tests/.
