Still looking for info on how to address: is there a spec change (.opd section)?
Is there something libchk can do differently? Is there a way libchk can detect
one of these situations and flag the test differently than failure? Adding as a
3.1 blocker in case spec work needed in archLSB/PPC64. Updated summary slightly.
