Problem reports 96 thru 101

96 has been recommended as a TSD, the tet_getvar() code
does not handle VSX_AL_ACCURACY being unset in tetexec.cfg
properly. It is defaulting to zero when should be 1. 
We can fix this three ways either we explicitly comment
out the variable in tetexec.cfg ,  set it to 1 explicitly
in tetexec.cfg or update the test code to handle the
unset nature. This has also been entered as a bugzilla,
number 1085


PR 97 We agreed to recommend to the SA that this be an INT as its
the same case as PR 0080 (INT.0014) .

PR 98 We have produced a replacement version of lsb-python
to address. We agreed that the request should be rejected and
the submitter use the replacement version.
Marvin will push the new version of lsb-python to the
release tree.

PR 99 Andrew will seek feedback from The Open Group's test development
team and report back.
PR 100 the same case as 99

PR 101, A question was raised on whether we specify the behavior
required. Its possible we should not be testing this. Mats
decided that we needed more time to think this through.
