Simple test to reproduce the problem.

For the behavior the LSB assumes, write 1 should succeed and write 2 should
fail with EAGAIN.  Under ia64 with kernels 2.6.10 or greater, write 1 fails.

(Write 2 is a test for my patch; it ensures that writes less than PIPE_BUF
remain atomic.)
