You can't, this is a pretty old library, that used to exist as shared 
library back to xf86 4.1 days which doesn't support x86_64.

Since libXv.so.1 may vary from X.org to XFree86 and versions, why don't 
they build with the static one as everybody does?

Alternative: install the 32-bit cinelerra with the oldish (and possibly 
broken) libXv.so.1.
