gaim encryption

It's great that the latest version of gaim (1.3) is available, but I 
really need to have gaim-encryption also.  An older version of the 
encryption plugin is available, but it will not work with the 1.3 version.

Could someone possibly build the encryption plugin against the 1.3 source?
