Ok, I found the problem and the solution:
I removed all the ~/.fonts.* , and now, it's fast again.
I run cooker for years, and I think an old package config was interfering w=
ith=20
a new version...

So, if anybody has big slowdown at each X application start (if xclock take=
s=20
40 seconds to load!), have a look at your .xsession-errors, see if there ar=
e=20
logs about fonts.dir, and if yes, try removing your ~/.fonts.* files and=20
directories.
