Could somebody please save me? Ever since the introduction of new=20
improved drivers for the ATI cards into xorg, I have lost my graphics=20
capabilities. XFdrake insists my 2 year-old- mobility card is radeon=20
fglrx and the xorg packages, such as the ones I downloaded from the link=20
below tell me that I have a 'module requirement mismatch'. Just like=20
that. So I embalmed the xorg cvs version I have that works without a=20
hitch for future generations who will use my computer.

It's clear that I have fallen into a trap (of my own making??), but=20
could someone out there throw me a line? Should I be installing some=20
other packages to correct the dysfunction?

Thanks.....................................

Well, there were more, I fixed some but decided it's not worth maintaining
ancient code. i.e. I have now built Xvnc from xf4vnc.sf.net (integrated in
our X.org 6.9).

<a class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="http://people.mandriva.com/~gbeauchesne/x86_64/2006/">&lt;http://people.mandriva.com/~gbeauchesne/x86_64/2006/&gt;</a>
xorg, vnc

It works for me on x86_64 and ppc64.
